We are committed to safeguarding your privacy on-line and to ensuring that you are satisfied with the fulfillment of the orders you place with us. The following statement sets our policy in relation to privacy and returns. This policy may change from time to time so please reread this policy periodically.

The YTE web site collects information when you complete our on-line order form. We record this information in our database to allow us to fulfill your order of magazines or PDF back-issue files. Your financial information, such as payment details and credit card details, is only used at the time of your order and is NOT stored in our database.

Any information you provide will only be used by MSI and will not be made publicly available, nor sold to third parties. MSI may disclose your information in special cases where MSI has reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our terms and conditions of use or may be causing injury or interference with our rights, property, our customers or anyone who could be harmed by such activities. We may also disclose this information when we believe, in good faith, that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes necessary to maintain services and improve our products and services.

Our site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Your financial information is fully encrypted during all transactions. Please note, however, that no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure. As a result, while we attempt to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us and you transmit such information to us at your own risk.

Magazine Subscription Policy
As with most print magazines, subscriptions to YTE magazine are non-refundable. However, if you fail to receive a copy of YTE magazine that you were entitled to receive, or if you receive a magazine that has been damaged in the post, contact us by sending an email to subscribe@YTEmagazine.com and we will replace the missing or damaged magazine with either a print or electronic PDF copy at our discretion.

If you are subscribing to the print magazine and shift premises, please promptly notify us of your new delivery address. We will not accept any liability to replace magazines that you haven't received due to your failure to notify us of your change of address.

We do not print excess magazines and only hold a minimum amount of back-issue stock. We also supply back-issues electronically as screen resolution PDF files, that can be read using Adobe Acrobat reader. These back-issues are available for order and supply through this site.
